Fly the Flag! Parade of American Flags

Show your personal American pride and support for the troops by joining in a fun patriotic parade of flags! This public parade is open to all. Simply display an American Flag on your vehicle and/or a flag to support your favorite military branch (including Army, Marine, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Space Force) during the parade.

This event stages at 5:15 P.M. at Stone City VFW located at 124 Stone City Drive, Joliet, Illinois and will head south on Route 53 for approximately two miles (Historic Route 66) to the track where the real fun begins.

Red, White & BOOM! Fireworks display at 9:30pm

We don’t just close out the night with the last pull. We make patriotism explode with an awe-inspiring, patriotic, professional fireworks display that sets off a variety of mortars, cakes, and other explosives to excite, delight, and amaze the crowd and people of all ages.

Enjoy this lengthy, beautiful, and touching display to wrap up the evening. Please note, this event is subject to weather advisories.

The following items are prohibited and may NOT enter the admission gates or facility. All items brought through the gates/facility are subject to inspection.

No outside food or beverage (baby formula is fine)
No coolers
