Join us at Dirt Oval 66 for a night dedicated to ALL Girl Scouts & Boy Scouts of ALL ages!
Friday, August 24th, 2018
Join us for a sleepover at the track! Scouts will join us for a campfire & camp activities! Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Activities will begin at Dusk.
Saturday, August 25th, 2018
Scouts will be able to participate in team building activities including a Troop Obstacle Course, Painting of Team Demo Cars, participate in an Automobile Maintenance Course, and enjoy a private tour of the driver’s restricted areas! Activities will begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp!
Scouts who participate in the above activities will earn a Dirt Oval 66 Badge, as well as having the opportunity to earn their Automotive Maintenance Merits Badge/Car Care Badge.
The Team Demo Race begins at 7:15pm Saturday, August 25th. All Troops are welcome to participate in our opening ceremonies beginning at 7:00pm. Opening ceremonies is not part of team building activities throughout the day on Saturday. This is a separate event and you do not need to be here prior to 6pm to be included in opening ceremonies.
Troops are welcome to camp overnight Saturday night as well.
Ticketing is as follows: Each ticket includes ALL Scout Night Activities (Friday & Saturday), including camping as well as your admission to the race Saturday evening. The discounted ticket pricing will end ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event (August 17th, 2018). After August 17, 2018, all tickets will be sold at regular face value price. (Adults $22.00; Juniors $17.00).

ALL tickets must be purchased in advance. To purchase your tickets please call our office at (815) 740-8000 or purchase them on our website. You will be given 3 options for ticket delivery (print at home, U.S. mail, or Will Call). Tickets must be present upon arriving at the track Friday and/or Saturday.
